As I'm writing this, my husband is in a plane on his way to Melbourne to participate in the Mildura Writers' Festival. He will be back on Tuesday, July 21.
In our thirteen years of marriage, this is only the second time that we will be apart for more than three days.
A delightful fortress

he'll be back soon!
Oh and I can imagine how much you will miss him. All the sweeter when he returns though.
I hate it when my husband is gone....we have been married 33 years and we do have to be apart for different events but it does not mean I like it!
I hope the time flies by for you in a nice way!
LOL - absence makes the heart grow fonder. Just a couple more sleeps. The only place mine goes without me is outside, that's when I get a pile of work done. Frankie
One more sleep Hilda!!! Yippee!!!
What a sweet post. I hope the moment you meet again is a wonderful one.
You should go with him next time. Ka sweet mo naman Madam. hehe.
It's so nice to hear of a long-term, close, loving relationship!
I probably would learn this if I studied your blog more, but I wonder what kind of writing your husband does?
